Archives disappearing

I have a blog which was built using Pivot. When it was moved from one hosting company to another it lost the archive for August and September of 2009. I did not build the blog and am no longer in contact with the person who did. I would appreciate any help with figuring out how to get those two months of archived material to show up on the archive list on the blog. Huge thank you for any assistance.

Have you tried "Rebuild All Files"?
